  • Create monthly meeting agenda
  • Take minutes at meeting
  • Publish minutes

Treasurer (Elected)

  • Commitment level = medium to high
  • Keep track of all financials
  • Pay vendors as needed

VP of Enrichment (Elected)

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Plan enrichment activities for after school
  • Plan enrichment assemblies
  • Coordinate STEM Night

VP of Fundraising (Elected)

  • Commitment level = medium
  • Run annual fundraiser

Dining for dollars Chairperson

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Book monthly dining for dollars events (most are done online) and make copies/distribute as needed.

Library Chairperson

  • Commitment level = medium to high (depending on number of volunteers)
  • Shelve books weekly
  • Label, fix books as needed
  • Coordinate volunteers as needed
  • Run monthly reports and follow up on overdue books

Library Members

  • Commitment level = low to medium (depending on number of volunteers)
  • Shelve books weekly
  • Label, fix books as needed

STEM Night members

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Help VP of Community plan and execute STEM night in January

Scholastic Book Fair members

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Help Scholastic Chair make the book fairs successful
  • Two book fairs (November/April)

Family Fun Night members

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Help VP of Community plan and execute 2 family fun nights in conjunction with the book fairs

Spirit Wear

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Coordinate 2 to 3 spirit wear sales
  • Collect, order and distribute

Talent Show Members

  • Commitment level = low
  • Plan and execute the annual talent show (typically held in March)

School Dance Chairperson and Members

  • Commitment level = low
  • Plan and execute the annual school dance (typically held in May)


Staff Appreciation Chairperson and Members

  • Commitment level = low to medium
  • Plan and execute treats and gifts for Staff Appreciation week in May
